Jogi is a seasoned professional having spent 25 years improving the software development, delivery and support processes for clients around the world. He is passionate about getting things done right the first time, quickly and with a high level of quality. He has managed projects, departments, and professionals, spanning most industry verticals as well as a wide variety of technology platforms, frameworks and toolsets.

As the founder of WeSeva, Jogi leads a Born-in-BC firm that works with progressive companies seeking to implement technology right, and are primarily outcome-focused. From analyzing and defining to executing and implementing, Jogi is well versed in all areas of the business and technology lifecycles. Much like the adage “measure twice, cut once”, he is a firm believer that the time invested in organizational preparation pays dividends throughout solutions development & delivery.

Jogi has a Master of Business Administration from Queens University (Kingston, ON) and a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University (Burnaby, BC). He is a certified PROSCI Change Manager and a certified PMI Project Manager.
